The BELL / The HOUSE

The MAISONNETTE is located in an outbuilding of the Château de Carney, an old building dating back to the 17th century. The stone house has been carefully renovated and is located in the middle of vineyards on a two-hectare plot. This plot is part of a renaturation project and the in-house vegetable garden invites holiday guests to sample it.

The large garden is shared by the tenants and has a large barn with games and BBQ, a sauna and a saltwater pool (open from May - September).

The apartment is part of a large house and has a private entrance with its own parking space.

We sometimes live on site and are available to answer questions and give tips. You will also receive comprehensive information about the holiday apartment on site. We are happy to help you in French, German and English.

You will find a bakery with basic supplies within cycling distance.

Supermarkets and restaurants are in the area within 10 minutes by car. We are 10 km from Libourne, 12 km from Saint-André-de-Cubzac, 20 km from Saint-Émilion and 30 km from Bordeaux. It is about 1 hour to the Atlantic beach.

The house is located outside a village, which can be reached by bike in 10 minutes or with a short walk. In the village there is a bus service that takes you to Saint André de Cubzac or Libourne. From there you can get to Bordeaux by train in 20 minutes.

The pool is open from May to September and is free of charge.
