The private wooden HOUSE welcomes you on a small hill in Lacanau-Ocean. In a few steps, you can reach the beach (400 m), the supermarket (300 m) and various restaurants, bars, etc. - while the car takes vacation on the private parking.

The "5 star furnished" house offers about 120 m² of space for 8 persons. The wooden terrace with its large BBQ invites you to grill, and the Hot Pot and sauna offer relaxing evenings under the starry sky.

The central point in the house (ground floor) is the open, high-quality stainless steel kitchen with cooking island, which merges into the living room. Here you can make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace in winter/autumn. Also on the ground floor there is a bedroom, a bathroom and a separate toilet. From the living room a staircase leads to the first floor. There are 2 bedrooms and an open living room overlooking the lower living room.

2 large sliding glass doors on the ground floor lead to the terrace, which extends around the whole house and has a view of the dunes.

From the terrace you can reach another bathroom with shower and toilet, ideal after a visit to the beach. The wooden hot tub cools you down in summer and is heated with a wood fire in autumn/winter.

The house and the garden are private. The house is located in the old historic quarter of Lacanau surrounded by beautiful "Canaulaises" but without direct visibility of the neighbors. Despite the central location, you can spend your vacation in complete privacy and in a relaxed way.

You park right in front of the house on the property, you can also charge your hybrid or electric car here. 2 medium-sized cars or a van fit in the parking lot. A large public car park is 200 meters away (Parking/Nord).

From the house the area is very easy to explore by bike. You can also choose between beach/sea and Lac de Lacanau. The sea can be reached on foot (500 m), the lake via the well-developed cycle path or by car. You are in the north of Lacanau-Océan, so you can take beautiful walks in the woods or on the dunes just a few meters away.
